Let us welcome Shelby Thoms! She is the Instructor & Assistant Artistic Director for In Harmony Dance & Wellness. She talks about her backstory of how and when she decided to pursue dance and finding a full-time career in dance. She is also the Artistic Director and a dancer with a non-for-profit dance company. She speaks on the importance of teaching and fostering a strong recreational dance program, fostering mental health and wellness in the studio, and mentorship and transitioning from student to teacher.
