DanceBUG Channel Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DanceBUG Channel! DanceBUG Channel is a membership-based service that allows members to access DanceBUG Channel original "content" streamed over the Internet to computers and mobile devices. Make sure to carefully read through these terms.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, "DanceBUG Channel service" means the personalized service provided by DanceBUG Channel for discovering and watching content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.

Membership and Service

Any DanceBUG Channel membership will continue until terminated by the customer. In order to use the services provided by DanceBUG Channel, you must have Internet access and a DanceBUG Channel ready device.

We may offer a number of membership plans, including memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by any third parties. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. Promotional Offers: We may from time to time offer special promotional offers, plans or memberships. Offer eligibility is determined by DanceBUG Channel at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. Members with an existing or recent DanceBUG Channel membership may not be eligible for certain introductory Offers. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent membership to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.

Cancellation and Changes

We may need to make changes to these Terms from time to time for many reasons. For example, we may need to reflect updates in how the Services work or there could be changes in the law. All customers should look at these Terms regularly, which are posted on our site. You can cancel your DanceBUG Channel membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for any partial membership periods of DanceBUG Channel content. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, check your account page.

DanceBUG Channel Service

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to become a member of the DanceBUG Channel service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult. During your DanceBUG Channel membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service and view our content. The DanceBUG Channel service, including the content library, is regularly updated. 

You agree to use the DanceBUG Channel service, including all features and functionalities, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, or other restrictions on the use of the service or content. You agree not to reproduce, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on this service. You also agree not to circumvent, remove, or alter any of the content protections in the DanceBUG Channel service. In addition, you agree not to upload or send any material designed to limit the functionality of any computer software associated with the DanceBUG Channel service.

The quality of the display of the DanceBUG Channel content may vary based on the device and may be affected by different factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through your Internet connection. Different viewing version availability is subject to your Internet service as well as the capabilities of your device. Default playback settings on cellular networks exclude certain types of content. Please check with your personal Internet provider for all information on your Internet data usage charges. The time it takes to begin watching DanceBUG Channel content will vary.

The DanceBUG Channel software is developed by, or for, DanceBUG Channel and should only be used for streaming of content from DanceBUG Channel through ready devices. The person who created the account and whose Payment Method is charged will be held responsible for any activity that occurs through the DanceBUG Channel account. You are responsible for updating the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account in order to protect you, DanceBUG Channel or our partners from any type of identity theft or other fraudulent activity. The DanceBUG Channel service is provided "as is".

Miscellaneous

Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflict of law’s provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions. DanceBUG Inc. may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you. We may assign or transfer our agreement with you including our associated rights and obligations at any time and you agree to cooperate with us in connection with such an assignment or transfer.

Legal Notices

The DanceBUG Channel service, including all content provided, is protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws.

The copyrights in the shows on said service are owned by DanceBUG Channel or as noted in the show credits.

A product branded with the DanceBUG Channel name or logo is a reflection of DanceBUG Channel. Unless you are one of our employees, we don’t allow you to make or give away anything with our name or logo on it.
