Alex Patrick is based out of Dallas, Texas and developed AcroDance which is a program that helps dancers to develop acro tricks in a safe and fun way. Alex talks about the difference between acrobatics and gymnastics, she discusses when you should start your child in acrobatics and she also lets us know which acrobatic trick is the hardest for a dancer to master!
